fmdt-python

fmdt-python is the name of a pypi package that contains the Python module fmdt. fmdt provides a set of functions used to quantitatively analyze the performance of fmdt-detect and other executables that are a part of the Fast Meteor Detection Toolbox

The point of this project is to measure the functionality of fmdt-detect when using different configurations of parameters and when detecting meteors in in a wide range of videos (resolution, noise, camera movement).

To get familiar with the project:

• install fmdt-python,
• Study the core usage docs here,
• check out the source code,
• work through some tutorials.
